Taichi Yagami (Digimon 02)

why tai?: Matt loves Digimon more than I do, so it was only a matter of time before he needed a Digimon costume. Tai is one of his favorite characters, and he absolutely adores this silly winter outfit that Tai wears in season 2. Since I wanted to do a season 2 costume for AWA anyway, it worked out great!
con notes: We had a blast doing Digimon for the day (I went as TK). Meeting up with Davis and Kari was cool! Sadly, this costume is lost forever and will never be seen again.
construction: Adding the felt paws was the most fun. I loved this jacket. It was fleece lined in a satiny material. It was so soft and nifty! The second best part of the costume is the hair. Making Matt's hair stick out at all weird angles is SUPER.
